We are excited to be working in partnership with our esteemed client in Corby. Due to continued success and growth they have an opportunity for a permanent Sales Insight manager to join their team in Corby. The Sales Department Plan is responsible for developing, motivating, training and supporting the Consultant network to support the delivery of sales and profit targets and overall business plan objectives.

Reporting to the Head of UK & ROI Sales you will be responsible for Sales Planning and forecasting Activities, Sales and KPI Reporting, providing Analysis and Insight to support strategic decision making as well as helping to drive operational initiatives to ensure we meet and exceed the UK & ROI Sales Budgets and Consultant targets.

Working with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver wider Sales projects involving Finance, Infrastructure (systems) and Marketing.

The Role

· Act as the UK & ROI Sales Project Manager. Liaise effectively with other managers and staff to ensure that the requirements/needs of the UK&ROI Sales Team are identified and met in departmental and inter-departmental projects such as Digital projects, product launches, conventions/events, IT infrastructure changes, etc. with the aim of ensuring a seamless service to UK Consultants.

· Provide reporting and analytic support to ensure the UK and ROI Sales Management team and wider business is aware of performance trends

· Provide reporting and validation of reporting to Sales, Finance and Marcomm teams to ensure that all Sales and Consultant reporting is correct and Consultants receive the correct compensation and rewards

· Provide sales analysis and insight to ensure that the UK & ROI Leadership team have the right information to make strategic decisions on the direction of the UK & ROI Business

· Provide daily weekly, monthly KPI reporting and performance dashboards

· Liaise with IT Department on all Sales functional and reporting requirements.

· Liaise with Marcomms (Digital) and IT to ensure all Consultant tools provide maximum availability and functionality to Consultants.

· In cooperation with Head of Sales, convert sales forecast into production forecast in a timely and accurate manner, by product area/line.

· Work with Head of Sales to ensure accurate financial reporting, monitoring and budgetary control for UK & ROI Sales

The Candidate


· Educated to GCSE level as a minimum

· Further/vocational qualifications and education in business systems, workflow processes and data analysis is desirable

· Experience of developing and providing Business Analytics and Insight

· Experience of sales planning, forecasting and reporting

· Experience of using sales analytics and insights to propose and develop sales strategies

· Experience of successfully managing projects, working across functions and departments, through to delivery.

· Experience of successful stakeholder management to deliver results

· Experience of working in a Direct Sales Environment/Network

· Knowledge or understanding of IFS or ERP systems

· A full understanding of a direct sales environment, and how products are sold/fulfilled through a self-employed network

· Able to analyse detailed and accurate performance data, providing reports to the Board via Head of UK & ROI Sales

· Ability to plan and organise activities across a significant work area, with excellent attention to detail

· Strong ability to communicate effectively with Leadership team, Sales Leadership team and all Project Stakeholders, using effective formal presentation, influencing skills and the ability to resolve issues collaboratively

· Understanding of formal change management principles across systems and procedures - demonstrating the ability to manage and lead projects

· Intermediate level IT skills Word and PowerPoint, but with advanced Excel skills, together with full understanding of data sales analysis software and Oracle type systems. Understanding of MRP/Oracle systems would be useful.
