Technical Support Analyst or Application Support Analyst, EPOS and/ or SQL, Windows, Eastleigh, Hampshire, £ 30000 - 35000 + benefits including excellent on call allowance. Market leading technology company based in Eastleigh is looking for a technical support analyst / application support consultant to join their team and provide incident and problem management to their external customers. Ideally you will have knowledge of EPOS however full training will be provided.

To be considered you must knowledge of application or IT support and will have a combination of EPOS, windows, networking, SQL etc.

Duties and responsibilities include -

* Review and categorise support tickets.
* Diagnose and resolve issues within SLA's.
* Perform trend analysis and root cause analysis.
* Own and manage major incidents (L3)
* Work with internal colleagues and external clients providing to ensure issues are resolved.

Skills include -

* Excellent trouble shooting skills.
* Knowledge of EPOS systems an advantage.
* A technical awareness of windows, networking and SQL.
* Customer support and management skills.
* A willingness to learn and develop.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this market leader. The salary will be in the range of £ 30000 - 35000 + benefits. After a number of months you will have the opportunity to join the on-call rota which will considerably increase your remuneration.
