Campaign Manager- Email Marketing
£35,000 plus benefits (Grade E)

6 month fixed term contract

We're looking for a campaign manager to join our CRM team and help us deliver email marketing campaigns that are truly customer focused, and really reflect local customer needs and demographics.

As a campaign manager it'll be up to you to design and deliver dynamic email marketing campaigns to engage our customers and members and help drive sales. What you'll do
* manage end to end email campaigns including planning, co-ordinating, targeting, testing, broadcasting, reporting and optimisation
* monitor and analyse all email metrics and Google Analytic insights to improve email performance
* run tests to increase open rates, clicks and conversions
* provide weekly and monthly analysis on campaign performance
* work closely with creative partners to create engaging emails
* build relationships and work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to maintain brand messaging

This role would suit people who have
* experience working in an email marketing role
* a strong understand of email marketing and best practice
* excellent relationship building and engagement skills, able to challenge and influence a variety of internal and external partners
* experience using CRM systems would be an advantage
