The Role & Team:

As Digital Marketing Executive, your role will be to enable the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital-first multichannel projects and campaigns. Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll join specialized team as part of Emerald Publishing's large and diverse marketing department, where you'll have excellent opportunities to learn and progress.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the digital marketing and engagement strategy, including social media, content, SEO, paid search amongst others
  • Liaise with content stakeholders to make recommendations, develop and drive content creation and optimisation
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to plan, deliver and measure digital marketing campaigns
  • Support the optimisation and upload of content to the corporate website
  • Support the team in tracking, measuring and analysing campaigns

Who We're Looking For:

Skills:
  • Accomplished in delivering digital-first marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in the delivery of SEO and paid search campaigns
  • Ability to educate and implement best practises across Digital Marketing
  • Analyse and identify opportunities in campaign data
  • Problem solve, defining the source of a problem and delivering an effective solution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge:
  • Multichannel marketing
  • Marketing analytics and reporting
  • Audience research and targeting
  • An understanding of user-behaviour, customer journey and goals to optimise conversion rates
  • SEO & analytics tools would be desirable
