Marketing Associate/Consultant

Rate: up to £37.50 p.h./£281 p.d.

This is an opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial Established Brands business to efficiently manage a portfolio of company mature products across a diverse range of therapeutic areas. Including opportunities to collaborate on projects arising with Global Diversified Brands, Global Late Life Cycle Management, Product SKU Optimisation and our UK Commercial Pricing team.
Your specific area of focus will be to optimise late life-cycle revenues from your assigned brands & therapy areas including Dermatology, Women's Health & Oncology. This is an opportunity for a marketer seeking a fresh new challenge to manage a late life cycle portfolio & extend their experience in commercial, pharmacy and digital engagement.


Responsible for the development and execution of market plans, new product launches, enrolment and retention strategies, advertising, and ongoing member communications.
Develops sales presentations and provides reports based on information collected such as marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing.
Ensures brand is well positioned and represented across all communication platforms.
Initiates recommendations for improvement on the creative process and identifies opportunities for efficiency.
Develop your creative marketing approaches for selected products utilising commercial, digital & partnership G2M models to drive business results & strategic objectives.
You will have ownership of initiatives across your portfolio for developing and implementing the strategic and tactical plans.

Marketing Planning
  • Lead the strategic and tactical plans for your assigned portfolio.
  • Measure, track projects and communicate effectively across our business.
  • Marketing contact point for the organisation and key customers for your mature brand portfolio.

Customer Relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key brand stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer insights and develop solutions to improve patient outcomes Business Operations
  • Demonstrate a strong cross-functional working approach.
  • Work in close partnership with Operational Pricing & Commercial Trade, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, External Affairs, Finance and other internal departments.
  • Promote a positive image of the company's products / services.
  • Operate at all times with the highest level of integrity.
  • Conduct all activities in compliance with company policies, business practices & the PMCPA Code of Practice.
  • Conduct all activities in line with company safety standards and policies

  • Project working with retail pharmacy customers.
  • Experience of engaging with commercial operational pricing.
  • Experience in the creative use of the marketing mix to support brands

  • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
