The Company

The Trust Partnership is a unique, for profit, social enterprise administering more than 30 independent charitable trusts and almshouses, managing their financial, governance and grant making activities.

We are now seeking a qualified or part qualified Management Accountant to join our team on a full or part time basis, working between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

The Role

As a Management Accountant, you will join our Trust Accounting Team and undertake a wide range of activities to ensure the smooth running and execution of the finance department.

About You

To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need:

- To be a qualified or part qualified management accountant (CIMA or equivalent)
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Applicants will also be required to be highly experienced in the following duties:

- Liaising with clients and attending meetings
- Bookkeeping
- Producing monthly and quarterly management reports
- Producing annual statutory accounts
- Liaising with auditors
- Submitting annual returns to the Charity Commission, Companies House and HMRC

Although not essential, experience in the charity sector would be beneficial to your application.

Other organisations may call this role Financial Accountant, Qualified Accountant, Financial Controller, Accountant, Part Qualified Accountant, Senior Accounts Clerk or Senior Financial Clerk.

This role offers full and part time hours, working between 30 - 37.5 hours per week over four or five days. Flexibility on these hours will be considered.
