Are you an experienced PMO looking for a new challenge?

We have a new exciting opportunity for a PMO.

In this role you will Manage a Project Office for a Sub Sector within our Defence sector providing support to approx 25 existing accounts and any future new accounts. Providing MI and support to the overall management of programmes and project portfolios and reporting.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000

Location: Winnersh (Reading)

Benefits: 3% Flex Fund, 25 + 8 days Annual leave, 4% matched Pension, car allowance + selection of other benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to define the detailed scope and deliverables for the support office with both internal and external
  • Contribute to establish support office budgets.
  • Report on variance forecast against budget.
  • Deliver services in accordance with agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, financial and quality measures.
  • Assemble and update project or service plans, escalating deviations from published plans.
  • Compile project/service risk and issue registers.
  • Ensures that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment in coordination with the Quality team.
  • Change management control

Experienced PMO - Knowledge of project management tools (budget, planning, risk)

Must be eligible for SC clearance
