As an Apprentice Accounts Administrator, your responsibility will be to provide efficient and accurate admin support to the sales team and overall store.

What you will be doing

Booking & requesting vehicle documents
Processing and logging off deals
Filing and archiving
Responding to telephone and email enquiries from other branches
Sorting incoming and outgoing post
Assisting with weekly and monthly stock takes
Administrating vehicle insurance
Other duties as and when required

Ability to communicate with a diverse workforce
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
IT Literate and confident on Excel
