Finance Manager Role, Based In Dover 4 Week Temporary Role - Project Role

This organisation is a charity, based in Dover.

Your new role
  • Working alongside Finance officer and clear voice staff to establish current Sales Ledger operational process.
  • Automate both input, calculation and output of sales invoice process for over 300-400 monthly sales invoices
  • Process August invoices for the month so they are dispatched
  • Produce system documentation, training materials and report for Clear Voice of project results
  • Give training and satisfy queries of Finance Officer on their return for processing going forward

What you'll need to succeed
  • Knowledge of SAGE Line 50
  • Be able to understand customer needs with a focus on a result in a short time frame
  • Be able to quantify impact of process changes
  • Report writing and step by step instruction for a fully documented sign off
