Your new role

Your new role is that of a finance assistant, you will be expected to assist with the following tasks; VAT returns, reconciliations, data entry and invoicing. You will be expected to do the above roles whilst assisting the department with their current workload. You will be reporting to the management accountant and be working alongside 6 others in an open plan office.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need prior working experience in a finance setting, you must be confident in reconciling and allocating payments and ledgers, you must be proficient on Excel and all other Microsoft Office programmes and you must be confident to help the team with the phones - redirecting calls and dealing with queries.
