Hours - 35 hours per week

Salary Banding - £18,000 to £21,000 per annum

We are seeking a driven and flexible individual, who is happy to provide management support across a number of our retail stores within Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

You will have the ability to adapt to the different stores, bringing your enthusiasm and motivation to a retail team in need of management support.

Providing exceptional customer experience and taking pride in your work, you will help to ensure the store continues to meet its sales targets.

About you

* Passionate about team developing and managing teams.
* Able to travel between different stores either using your own vehicle or public transport.
* Experience of working within Retail or Customer Service.
* An enthusiasm for driving sales and delivering a positive customer experience.
* Takes pride in keeping a store clean, well-stocked and accessible to all.

Additional Information
