This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as a Credit Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and proactive individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.

As a Credit Controller, you will need to:
  • Provide a debt recovery services to Chancellors and other group companies chasing debtors and late payments
  • Receive incoming and make outbound calls to clients and customers in arrears to discuss payment options.
  • Comply with regulatory and Company policies at all times.
  • Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times.
  • Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives.
  • Advise and influence clients and customers on the payment options for debt recovery.
  • Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly.
  • Input customer related data accurately and efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified.
  • Explain the terms of sale, credit or contract condition as appropriate.
  • Decide on the correct action when negotiating payments.
  • Follow strict Company policies and procedures at all times, ensuring that legislative requirements are met.
  • Prepare and draft claim documentation for the Legal Counsel.
  • Day to day management of Money Claim On-Line claims.
  • Attend Court hearings alongside and to support the relevant director, in front of a judge and our clients plus client representatives. Assist the director in presenting our evidence as to why the client should pay what they owe us.
  • Provide collated packs for review by a Legal Counsel or a Director prior to the decision to take matters to court.
  • Issue a Money Claim OnLine with the court system where we do decide to take the case legal.
