Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a School based in the Darwen which caters for children with additional needs. The School is smaller than average and currently has approximately 50 pupils on roll. The School cater for children with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviours; many od the pupils in this School are no longer able to remain in mainstream education.

The candidate must have experience supporting adults or children with behavioural difficulties and be confident in their behaviour management skills. The candidate must be willing to work with pupils who have additional needs and can be aggressive in their behaviours. The role will be full time and ideal candidates will hold a valid UK driving licence as you may be expected to transport pupils between sites or Schools.

The role will start as soon as possible and candidates must be available to work from 8.35am - 3.45pm Monday - Friday, you may also be expected to attend after School CPD on a Wednesday evening.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £57 - 67 per day
