Click here to learn more about Vlocity.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Employee Success (ES) Manager to to play a key role in our ES organization and deliver world class employee experiences to our Vlociters in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this EMEA ES Manager will help us to scale Vlocity from 600 employees globally to 1,000 within the next year. The EMEA region itself is currently 130 employees in 8 countries (France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom), growing to nearly 200 in the year to come.To support this global growth and expansion, our ES team are focused on making data-driven recommendations for programs, policies and initiatives that advance four key Vlocity stakeholder experiences:Candidate experienceNew hire experienceEmployee experienceManager experienceWithin each of these experiences lie key "moments of truth" that drive engagement and help our Vlociters to do the best work of their lives at a company whose values align with theirs and with colleagues and partners who share the same passion for customer success that they have.The moments of truth are those interactions that are critical to our people to achieve their goals at each stage of the employee lifecycle. Our team will build the programs and service capabilities (both self-service and company-delivered) that will meet and exceed Vlociters' expectations.ResponsibilitiesGuide managers and staff in EMEA regarding ES policies, procedures and initiatives that reinforce Vlocity's core valuesLead the EMEA Employee Experience and partner with the existing EMEA Recruitment Team to ensure smooth management of key ES responsibilities (onboarding, job data changes, separations/terminations, etc.) occurring within the EMEA regionParticipate actively in our global efforts to ensure ES data integrity in support of reporting, data analysis, audit/compliance and overall data qualityDeliver in-region training, enablement and knowledge/content management for all ES projects and programs; Coach and provide guidance to employees to establish suitable goals, action plans and areas of development focus for their careersDevelop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with multiple regional Vice Presidents (Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, etc.) and collaborate with all regional leaders for other disciplines (Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure cross-organizational delivery of key processes, projects and operations. Resolve escalated issues to completion by taking corrective action where needed, or further escalate when appropriate to global Employee SuccessThe Employee Success Manager will also play a key role in the rollout of several new ES programs in EMEA, including:Performance management process, starting with manager enablement to be captured in ADP Workforce NowCorporate goal-setting using the V3MOM (Vlocity Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles and Measures) approachDeployment of Paid Time Off (PTO) management in ADP Workforce NowMerit focal and stock focal processes using CompXLExperience5+ years work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, and/or HR Business PartnerHands-on experience with Human Resources Information SystemsExperience guiding leaders through key human resources programs like workforce planning, compensation management, succession planning, and organizational decision-makingExpertise in coaching leaders in how to provide fair and balanced feedback at both informal and formal performance management checkpointsFamiliarity with common labor practices and the overall framework of labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region,Ability to develop clear and fair company policiesExcellent analytical and decision-making abilitiesDesired Certifications / QualificationsChartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) (or equivalent) certification strongly desiredVlocity welcomes all.
