Account Director - Private Sector Accounts
DescriptionLocation: North of England (Leeds, Manchester, NewCastle etc..)Account DirectorThe Account Director is responsible for one or more of Mastek's Strategic or Growth accounts within the UK Private Sector. Business ModelMastek operates two core sales teams, a "New Acquisition" team responsible for acquiring new accounts and a team of "Account Directors" responsible for retaining the committed revenues and in expanding Mastek's presence within these accounts. The UK Private Sector is a growing sector within Mastek's UK sales operations and you will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing revenues within your specified account(s). Breaking into new service lines (as set out below) will be key to your success. Engaging with senior and buying stakeholders within the Account to ensure Opportunities are identified and closed Interact with CRM as tool of choice and ensure visibility and best practice in Sales activity is executed Retaining the existing committed revenues. Growing the existing revenues and expanding into new Service Lines relative to Mastek's capabilities. Identify opportunities, present capabilities and gain commitment from prospects leading to current and future revenue Analyze market trends, implications and develop strategies to participate in resultant opportunities. Act as a coach and partner to CXO's in helping them develop strategies leveraging global sourcing and establish Mastek's as a tough leader and preferred partner to their organizations Stay tuned to market and competition, participate in trade events, conferences, and customer forums and provide inputs to the practice teams towards developing contextual offerings that will help differentiate Mastek in the market place. Meet and exceed sales revenue, order book and GM targetsEssential Skills and Experience5+ Years sales experience, with experience selling propositions similar to Mastek's SI type propositions in fast paced private sector. Experience in managing demanding stakeholders in a quarterly based sales landscapeHands on experience within the complete sales cycle.Willingness to travel throughout the UK..Personal attributes Outstanding social and interpersonal skills you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and develop long term business relationships.
