An
opportunity has arisen to join the Sales Team as a Business Development Manager
reporting to the Solution Sales Director.

The
successful candidate will be responsible for developing contacts and sell in
digital solutions to identified Banks and institutions within the UK and
Ireland working with core team to ensure leads are maximised and actioned in a
timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

·
You will take the
sales and relationship lead for the sale and implementation of new solutions
including but not limited to PSD2 authentication solutions, Tokenization and
banking security solutions.

·
You
will work with director/line manager and SVP to help define sales strategy for
new products and services as well as identifying new customers and partners.

·
You
will use social media and other outlets to identify contact and meet with key
representatives of agreed list of Banks and financial institutions.

·
You
will recommend to management other potential clients or market places that
could benefit from Gemalto solutions.

·
You
will take forward current business relationships in the field of authentication
and Tokenisation ensuring proper support within Gemalto and meeting customer
expectations.

·
You will support
Solution Sales Managers as required in customer facing activities.

·
You will
prepare activity reports on a regular basis.

·
You will
communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customer
satisfaction and competition activity.

·
You will
work with the field marketing team to take forward opportunities for growth
with card schemes and other third parties.

Knowledge,
Skills and Experience:

· To
succeed at this job, you must be
able to multi task and prioritize your workload.

· You must be fluent in English.

· We would like someone to join our team who is result
driven and innovative, also possesses knowledge sharing and fast learning
attitude with good negotiation skills.

· We are looking for someone ideally with previous sales
experience or experience in the Banking or IT market segment.

· You
must have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
