Do you enjoy creating customer focused demand generation programs?Expedia Lodging Partner Services (LPS) is responsible for building and developing relationships with hotels and properties throughout the world, to constantly align our product offering to our traveler's demand.As a Senior Marketing Programs Manager for LPS, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and measurement of data driven and highly personalised automated demand generation programs focused on delivering value throughout the partner journey.Key to the role will be to collaborate with data scientists to build programs using predictive targeting models. You'll also work with marketing automation teams and analytics teams to define program goals, requirements, and deliver program designs and tactic deployment. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in the tools and processes used to enable delivery at scale.Who you are:You have extensive experience in a digital marketing environment, including proven marketing automation and demand generation experience.You have B2B experience, though candidates with extensive experience with B2C marketing automation programs driven by customer data will also be considered.You possess a deep understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes.You have experience creating programs in Marketo marketing automation software.You enjoy insight gathering and data analysis from multiple internal and external data sources.You passionately strive for better.Your skills and abilities:Strong project leadership skills, and a track record of successfully delivering complex marketing automation programs.Strong creative skills (e.g. written and/or design skills) to drive personalization, compelling value-based messages that are locally relevant on a global basis.Strong forecasting, tracking and reporting of campaign performance and their budgets.Excellent project management skills with a bias toward action.Strong written and verbal communication.Excellent problem-solving ability with the ability to dive into the detail but also see the big picture.Bachelor's degree in marketing, or MBAWhat you'll do:Develop programs aligned to partner's needs throughout the partner lifecycle that align to business prioritiesTranslate business objectives to specific, actionable, and measurable program goalsCreate alignment between data science, product, analytics, and marketing automation teams on program plansCreate program designs employing digital tactics targeted to engage multiple marketing persona types to meet business objectivesPartner with content teams to create tactic assets aligned to marketing personas' needs and preferencesWork with marketing automation teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve engagement and conversion ratesPartner with our analytics and revenue management (ARM) team to establish, forecast and report against key success metricsWhy join us:Expedia Group recognizes our success is dependent on the success of our people.
