What we're looking for:A commercially minded technical expert who can take the reigns in leading our e-Procurement offering. You'll understand procurement systems, having had exposure to e-Procurement tools and systems such as Wax, Ariba or SAP Oracle. With a holistic view of the procurement and Supply Chain function across Sourcing, Contract Management and Commercial Management, you'll partner with various internal teams, to ensure our technology is fit for purpose, robust, and meets our stakeholder's requirements while driving value, performance and efficiency. As such, you'll need excellent relationship management, communication and change management skills.Who you'll be working with:You will be the e-Procurement expert for the Procurement & Supply Chain function working closely with sourcing managers as well and commercial managers to support RFP's, e-Auctions and commercial management activities across the function. The end user will also be at the heart of your role and as such all of those coming into contact with the P2P system will be your customer. You will also manage the relationships with the core Source to Contract suppliers.What you'll be doing:Partnering with the Procurement & Supply Chain category teams to drive performance and value while managing risk.Responsibility for the Sourcing, Commercial Management and Contract Management systems (i.e. Wax Web3 platform) and all P&SC related systems and processes including SharePoint and IntranetResponsible for the P2P buying experience across the business and improving the customer experienceWorking with colleagues to maximise our system offering, ensuring it's utilised fullyDelivering measurable, tangible savings and Return on Investment by embedding best-in-class contract management & procurement processes and systemsYou'll establish relationships with business leaders to drive early adoption of new processes and technologies to place us at the forefront of innovationWhat we'll give you:We're always encouraging internal development and you'll have access to loads of learning opportunities, events and conferences to build your industry knowledge.
