This is an opportunity for a highly organised, experienced Digital Account Manager with an understanding of Consumer Technology. This role will focus primarily on a global technology brand account, across the EMEA and UK Digital Consumer/B2B accounts. This client facing Account Manager will have a clear and in-depth knowledge of social media platforms and will deliver project-based campaigns for both tactical and strategic execution.

Responsibilities include:

Running integrated campaigns and Always-On workstreams across multiple EMEA markets, and ensuring their delivery against client objectivesAdvising clients strategically and providing them with counsel at both a UK and EMEA level on how to create and execute paid/organic digital/Social strategy for both campaign launches and sustained periodsCoaching and managing junior team to ensure campaign deliverables are met to client standards and in a timely fashionInfluencer identification and management - the ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing and delivering influencer-led campaignsWorking with other practices across the business, including Brand, Planning, Creative, and Design teams to develop 360 integrated campaigns and thinking for clientsBuilding and managing campaign and retained budgets - including achieving new targets
The ideal candidate will:

Have a passion and deep knowledge of the Social Media space, including understanding of emerging platforms and trends, Paid Social, measurement, CMS and Editorial Calendar managementHave experience producing and managing retained or campaign budgetsHave strong experience in influencer identification and management, and will provide examples of influencer led campaign activationsHave strong communication and client-servicing skills, be extremely organised and disciplined with the ability to manage budgetsBe solution-oriented, with experience of working on large pan-EMEA or global accounts and will understand the rewards and complexities of working for big brandsHave experience in developing and executing social/digital strategy as part of a wider team.
