A desire to deliver a high standard of work is essential, as is a sense of fun and camaraderie.Ideally, you will have at least one year's campaign-management experience and a good track record of strong performance, internal stakeholder management, issue identification and problem-solving. You must have excellent time management and communication skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel. You will get regular support from your manager and proper training to ensure you can manage your day-to-day tasks as well as grow professionally in your roleAs an Associate Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with major travel and brand advertisers in the fast-paced, online travel-advertising environment. Responsibilities:Assist Account Managers in the end-to-end implementation and execution of programmatic campaigns for our clientsSupport on the day-to-day project management of communicating pace and performance, optimisations, troubleshooting, campaign launches, and reportingOwn the QA process across all campaign activation, minimising error and risk and ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to processBuild an understanding and knowledge of campaign performance that allows you to provide recommendations to ensure account satisfaction, renewal and overall commercial growth.Analyse and review campaign data via internal dashboards to get campaign insights and actionable dataWork in a consultative approach to support and work with internal teams across the business including Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Media buying, Technical Operations and Senior ManagementAssist with onboarding new clientsManage and support the booking processes for new campaignsAssist with the cross-selling and up-selling of campaigns through the delivery of exceptional performance and customer serviceWhat you bring to the table:Great with people - ability to work with internal teamsKeen interest in online advertising technologyConfident and energetic; flexible and adaptable; organised and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong oral and written communication skills and client services potentialExcel skillsBachelor's degree in Business or related field.
