It's a smart casual around here.How you'll make an impact...We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition of small business subscriptions via our website; ensuring that we deliver a beautiful end-to-end sign-up experience. You will work closely across all teams to gain insight and utilise lots of expertise in bringing the teams together.You will be responsible in finding creative ways to continuously educate customers on getting the most out of Xero and its benefits, as well as being the voice of the business owner to provide the best in market experience using behavioural data to make informed decisions. What you'll bring...You will have proven experience within a SaaS organisation, in building high customer growth strategies with measurable growth initiatives with a commercial focus in an eCommerce environment. You will manage the consumer channel (via Xero.com) leading strategies to increase website conversion, in-trial conversion and product usage from our current customers and comfortable using data to inform your decisions. You'll manage our customer success initiatives integrating Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Ecosystem Marketing and Education, leading the direction for the channel and ensure our proposition is effectively communicated across the customer journey.Be confident to champion your ideas from concept to delivery by leading and building a team to support you.This role is accompanied by a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits.
