We need you to help us do this.Why this role mattersResponsible for M&PS financials including Revenue, Margin, volumetrics across all Product Categories. Includes GS 503 & Enterprise 820 ledgers and EE Mobile Play a key leadership role in shaping the future strategic direction of Products. The role holder will provide financial leadership to translate strategy into practical solutions and day-to-day working practices.Accurate medium- and long-term forecasting at a product-levelProvide support to M&PS Commercial team to drive new sales opportunities, Migrations and Propositions Strategy - understand the financial and volumetric Product impactsManages the relationships with GS product and Enterprise Product finance teams for M&PS, linking in to them for Cost transformation inititives. What you'll be doingProvide regular forecasts for key product metrics used to determine the direction of the business and also to highlight risks and opportunitiesSupport the building & challenging of product business cases as part of the capex investment cycle, validating cost and benefit assumptions, including the development of future productsResponsibility for building and maintaining strong senior manager level relationships internally with fiancé and Commercial teamsSets agendas, identifies opportunities and drives best practice and provides insight on finance work area(s) or specialism. Responsible for managing and driving the performance of the team (direct and virtual), and being an advisor and coach to the team.We'll also need to see these on your CVFully Qualifited accountant (.e.g. CIMA, ACA etc) with 4+ PQE.Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance.Communication skills: strong communication skills drawing on relevant data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences.Works with high level of authority, guidance sought only in high risk circumstances and resolves complex issues unguided and across LoB boundaries.Why choose us?We are looking for ambitious high-achievers that have proven themselves .
