In addition to our very competitive compensation packages, be prepared for challenging professional growth and fun along the way in our work-hard, play-hard corporate environment.Position SummaryRight now, we're hiring an experienced Account Executive / Senior Account Executive to sell our world-class service offerings into public sector organisations across the UK.The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, and the ability to meet and exceed quotas. You'll be hungry and have a passion for winning; taking business to the next level. We need someone that can be very hands-on, do whatever it takes to build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them for our prospects. Ideally you'll have significant experience selling Oracle and/or SAP ERP software solutions as well as proven success at smaller start-up companies. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building sales pipeline in defined territory.Meet/Exceed quarterly quota targets.Manage sales cycle from identifying prospects, working with numerous internal teams to coordinate appropriate resources, all the way through closing the deal.Manage and follow up on qualified leads.Provide and guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the RSI solution.Execute on RSI sales methodology.Update and track all activities in our SalesForce CRM automation tool.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Skills, Knowledge & ExperienceSignificant experience selling ERP or enterprise software solutions, as well as proven success at smaller start-up companies.Good knowledge of the enterprise software industry. Experience of selling into Public SectorRecord of sustained and significant quota over-achievement. Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.Engage with a consultative sales approach.Must be articulate with strong writing and presentation skills.Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities.Very strong work ethic with "can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out" attitude.Ability to leverage supporting team of Sales Engineers, Lead Generation, and Marketing. EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent desirable LocationAny major city in the UK. Travel expectations 25-35%#LI-RS1
