Job Description - Technical Claims Analyst (190003IX)Job Description Technical Claims Analyst 190003IXThe RoleWe have an excellent opportunity for someone with advanced Excel, IT and analytical skills and knowledge to become a Technical Claims Analyst. You do not need Insurance industry experience as training will be provided.Reporting to the Technical Claims Director, you will have responsibility for executing and building upon the Operational Excellence principles, tools and techniques, providing analytical oversight through the production and interpretation of claims data. As an expert in data management and manipulation, you will work with Loss Management and client servicing colleagues to produce 'interactive claim reports' ensuring effective outcomes for clients.Production of ad-hoc reports across the business and for analytical input and structural design within projects. You will work with colleagues internally in the UK and Mumbai, and at all levels, up to and including senior managementTo work with the Head of Claims and the executive team, looking for continuous improvement in service, focusing on the 'added value', efficiency and cost reduction. The Requirements Good "A level' or BTEC within IT and / or Mathematics (or relevant experience)Advanced MS Excel skills and knowledgeRelevant experience would be beneficial, though training will be given. Strong analytical skillsStrong communication skills both oral and writtenStrong organisational skillsAble to deal professionally with internal and external stakeholders, having the ability to represent Willis Towers Watson and the wider group with a high level of credibilityExcellent client focus skills with the ability to deliver high levels of client serviceExperience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service deliveryUnderstanding of key SLAs and KPIs and the planning and organisation necessary to achieve them.Ability to 'think outside of the box' both when analysing data and also when working on new or expanded project / development work.
