If you're the enthusiastic team player and leader who cares about the infrastructure, remains calm in crisis, collaborates cross functionally, and drives employee productivity while developing the careers of junior engineers into senior engineers, we want to talk to you.Your day-to-dayPrioritizing and executing Production code releases for existing services and building new services as requiredPrioritizing and executing tasks across multiple simultaneous projectsScheduling and undertaking continual training and learning for new work itemsContributing to the monitoring, alerting, capacity planning, and reporting in the production environmentIdentifying, communicating and implementing process changes within SRO.Developing and maintaining SRO procedures in support of departmental and company objectives.Working across multiple teams and providing feedback on tasks, deliverables, process, training, and planningImplementing task automation and process improvements where applicable and recommending enhancements that result in increased quality and efficiencies.Planning and prioritizing tasks using agile methodsWhat you bring to the teamMinimum 3+ years of technical management experience.5+ years of working in an enterprise technical environment.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative and leadership abilities.Effective analytical, planning, organizational, and documentation skills.Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios preferred).Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).Demonstrable experience working in a high volume, large deployment, multi-datacenter environmentFamiliarization with virtualization - KVM, VMware vSphere, ESX, ESXi, and vCenterBasic understanding of industry-standard operational practices such as change management, incident management, and working in colocation data centersFamiliarization with configuration management such as Puppet or Chef desirable#LI-KE1If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!Full time
