For each other, for our customers, for society and our communities.You will- The role is to work within a small technical design and assurance team of professionals responsible for driving forward new external customer network solutions, generating new ideas, influencing and delivering innovative solutions to customer problems from inception through to operational service.The role is also subject to you gaining and keeping the necessary level of Security Clearance needed to undertake your work.What you'll be doingSupport the Group Engineering Services organisation by operating internal and customer networks, platforms and systems in support of ourselves and special customers. Deliver and operate these services within agreed performance standards and contractual agreements whilst operating within agreed timescales and budgets. Additionally provide input into Service Design and Service Transitions using skillsets where applicable.You'll be:Service Delivery & Transition - A GES Service Management team that supports the overall BT GES, BT Security and Global Services strategyImproving customer experience - By delivering repair, provision and service availability performance, continually improving and supporting the delivery of great Net Promoter Score outcomesWorking within Service Operations to ensure that budgets are built year on year based on understanding improvements and forecasting business expectationsProfitability - Deliver and operate within service budgets (manpower, materials and circuits) and work tirelessly to deliver highly efficient services which meet our customer needs and maintain a highly utilised teamWe'll also need to see these on your CVRequired Skills:Managerial Experience within the IT IndustryITIL Foundation V3 qualified. Ideally ITIL Service Operations and ITILService TransitionDegree Educated or equivalent Industry experienceStrong understanding of Windows Server Infrastructure, inc.
