You will represent the program and ensure it keeps the competitive, client facing value present throughout development and deliver a go to market strategy that meets the business objectives of the program. You will be responsible for and measured on the revenue, profitability, and strategic value of your products and product lines. This position will provide you the opportunity to lead cross functional business initiatives working with Sales, Account Management, Professional Services, Engineering, Parcel Operations, Network Design and Operations, Finance and Senior Management.You will:• Manage the ongoing operational delivery to clients• Establish and lead a cross functional team through their entire Product Life Cycle• Drive P&L components across the business to grow and manage the business• Manage major business milestones and approvals with executive management• Lead ongoing business operations for responsible product lines including new revenue and ebit play books and product/operational cost management• Lead major client programs and operations including support and team work with account management team, direct client coordination for ongoing operations and direct client leadership for implementing new programsYour background:As a Client/Product Manager, you have:• 5+ years of experience in Product, Operations or Development in the parcel business• Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, enrichment, ETL / ELT and familiarity with relevant technologies• Experience working with API technologies and approaches and experiencing authoring requirements for data connectors to third party systems• An understanding of Analysts, Business Intelligence, Big Data and Enterprise Data and Data Governance• Technical proficiency with databases, SQL, JSON and other data integration / manipulation approaches• Superior leadership skills with the ability to keep teams motivated and positive throughout crises• Demonstrated expertise and success using Agile software development• Demonstrated meeting facilitation skills with the ability to incorporate input from individuals• Familiarity with a breadth of software development tools and methodologies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding presentation skills• Attention to detail but comfort with ambiguity• Strong problem-solving skills• The ability to appreciate, influence and direct implementation across multiple business functionsWe will:• Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career• Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas• Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization• Offer comprehensive benefits globally (pbprojectliving.com)Our TeamPitney Bowes Commerce Services business is the fastest growing business unit at Pitney Bowes.
