The business is split into three divisions:Professional Qualifications - regulatory and exam training including CISI, CFA and CQFCorporate Solutions - bespoke blended learning solutions, incorporating innovative digital learning solutions with quality classroom trainingPublic Courses - a wide range of specialist courses, open to the publicRole PurposeThe Content team work on a queue system, where different areas of the business submit requests for materials to be processed. You will be responsible for supporting the team in processing requests, so material is in a presentable/professional format ready for print/distribution online.Role ResponsibilitiesThe Content Administrator will be responsible for:Helping to manage the Content Request Tool - assess workflow capability, juggle/reschedule material if necessaryLiaising with internal and third party content suppliers to ensure all content is produced accurately and to schedule, often in foreign languages.Proofreading and formatting study notes documents and PowerPoint presentations for online learning portal (multiple languages but fluency not required).Formatting: Ensuring layout/look of material is neat and professional.E-learning portal management of content to ensure latest version of content uploaded to our learning portalsPerforming data analysis reports from our internal question management databasePreparing documents for print, adding contents pages, covers, etc.Following house style rules so content is consistent across the companyOther admin duties including ensuring all learning content is correctly placed under each respective chapter, and bi-weekly checks that all exam questions' translations are up to date and correct, etc.Role RequirementsWe are interested in hearing from candidates who have the following skills and experience: Excellent written English and good proof-reading skills essentialExcellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills requiredExperience using Microsoft Office software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelPrevious experience of working within a content management system welcomedExposure to online and video content desirableExperience using Adobe Acrobat Pro, Indesign, Adobe Dreanweaver and knowledge of HTML desirableWe are not seeking assistance from unsolicited recruiters at this time.To apply, please submit your CV.
