We are seeking experienced consultants with expertise across technology transformation programmes to join EY Workforce Advisory to support the growth of our People-focused Technology Transformation Team in the following areas:Digital strategy as a part of the future of workEnterprise wide and functional Digital/IT transformations including ERP implementations (specifically SAP S/4Hana) and other technology deployments (e.g., Microsoft solutions suite and emerging technologies)Change management - developing and delivering digital and/or organisational strategies supported by integrated change experience roadmaps and business casesOrganisation alignment (e.g., organisational structure, processes, policies and procedures, capabilities, culture, etc.) to enable the implementation and realise benefits of the technologyMarket growth - building a pipeline of opportunities, developing and bringing to market new value propositions Practice and people growth - developing people, coaching teams to support critical talent developmentRunning collaborative sessions with clients to identify the people implications of their programme(s) and working with them to develop 'people' centred solutionsYour key responsibilitiesAs a Director, your responsibilities will include strategic planning of programmes, large-scale programme delivery and business development. Key focus areas will include: Developing the market profile of EY's People-focused Technology Transformation team and value offeringDriving practice growth by building capability and generating profitable revenueLeading a portfolio of work and the associated accountabilities for delivery, people, commercial, risk managementDesigning and delivering Workforce Advisory projects and programmes of work. Includes operational responsibility and accountability across multiple projects/programmes to drive the client's agendaHolding accountability for the quality of delivered work productsPartnering across EY service lines to deliver the best outcomes for clientsProactively managing the C-suite/senior client stakeholder relationships, conversations and decision makingRepresenting EY Workforce Advisory and its interests in internal (cross-service line) and external (client, industry) leadership forumsBeing involved in the execution of Workforce Advisory's strategic ambition and growth initiatives in UK&I Acting as a role model for team members, using coaching to further their development, and driving people cultureServing as a go-to-person on relevant market trends, key functional and technical skills, and driving awareness and capability development of the practice areaSkills and attributes for successDemonstrate professionalism and the ability to rapidly establish personal credibility and make a personal impactAbility to develop trusted and lasting client relationships, demonstrating ethical leadership Significant experience leading change programmes across Enterprise wide and functional, Digital/IT transformation programmes including ERP implementations and other technology deploymentsExperience leading Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile delivery programmes Ability to effectively develop and present business cases and wider data to inform business transformation investment and planning Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst the team and client stakeholders to motivate, build consensus and drive performanceDemonstrate business and commercial acumen to support profitable engagement managementDemonstrate ability to drive consulting business growth both from sales and capability build perspectiveTo qualify for the role, you will need At least 10 years of professional experience either in a consultancy role or in industry designing and delivering complex technology-led transformations and business changeKnowledge of/experience in any of the following technologies and their organisational implications: ERP systems (e.g., SAP Solutions Suite (SAP S/4Hana preferred), Microsoft Dynamics)Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Big Data, RPA, IoT, Blockchain) and enabling software (e.g., Blue Prism)Other 'people' experience enhancement technologies and providersProven experience of leading customer/user-centred digital transformation programmes on a global scaleKnowledge of the digital tools in the market that can enhance workforce performance, engagement and wellbeingDemonstrated track record of building effective client relationships, managing senior stakeholders, leading business development initiatives and generating new profitable revenueIdeally, you'll also haveDeveloped thought leadership and points of views around technology transformation in the marketExposure to managing change driven by the introduction of advanced technologies (e.g. AI/AR/VR)Solid grasp of design thinking and human-centred design methodsAgilePM accreditation / ITWNET-Digital Transformation Certification (or equivalent)What we look forWe would like to meet professionals who want to work on large-scale transformation programmes and get involved in building our people-focused technology transformation service offering.
