Do you possess that rare ability to align business processes across multiple functional roles and streamline complicated frameworks?The AWS EMEA Strategic Programs team is seeking a Process Governance Program Manager. Success will require the ability to collaborate effectively with internal senior stakeholders (including field account teams, Sales Strategy and Operations teams, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and Professional Services), and operationalize mechanisms and best practices to enable account teams and program teams to monitor program execution and strategic accounts performance.Core responsibilities will include developing, measuring and managing the metrics governing the performance; the development and implementation of the Strategic Program framework; set up the Program governance processes and procedures to support the strategic goals of the Strategic Programs team, as well as identifying issues, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen the overall customer experience and business impact.Specifically this role will include setting up the account planning and account review governance framework; documenting, communicating, reporting on strategic accounts performance; working extensively with stakeholders, account managers and business process owners to set up processes around account planning and account reviews; monitor account plan execution; Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand and help determine where to focus optimization efforts; identify, document and communicate expectations around Strategic Program participation and accountability.The right candidate has experience developing metrics to measure program operations and governance; has established and operationalized process methodologies, standards, metrics, framework/operating models and tools to ensure alignment and progress towards business goals; has proven project management expertise, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up sleeves; and proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders and priorities.Basic qualifications· BS/BA degree· 10+ years' experience in Enterprise Sales/Services, Strategy/Operations or Management Consulting· 10+ years of experience managing programs in support of a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical, high-growth sales organization· Demonstrated success in program management and project management with global stakeholders· Experience in data-driven decision-making - both setting up the framework and effectively analyzing data and feedback for insights· Exceptional influencing skills in a matrixed environment· Understanding of cloud computing concepts· Proficiency with Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint· Experience creating and refining lean workflows and business processes· Exceptional organizational skills; this role requires orchestrating many diverse stakeholders and a critical attention to deadlines and timingPreferred qualification · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial· MBA or other relevant advanced degree· Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results· Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization and to turn ideas into concrete action plans· Ability to develop strong, productive relationships across peer organizations that foster collaboration and best practice sharing.· High focus on demonstrating business impact and measurable results.· Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement programs, processes & policies· Proven experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks· Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to articulate program recommendations, balance tradeoffs, drive consensus and gain support by utilizing excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication.· Fluency in another European language (German or French)BusDev_EMEA_2019
