Innovate.As a Partner Relationship Manager at Pitney Bowes, you will be directly accountable for maintaining the relationships with our Extended Workforce Providers (EWP) who are approved third party vendors and contractors performing specific field service work on behalf of Pitney Bowes. Expert in the subject of co-employment and third party management.You Will:• Establish and maintain Extended Workforce relationships and engagement by meeting frequently with PB vendors and contractors to understand and address obstacles that prevent successful service transactions.• Partner closely with EWP resources to ensure service organization meets expectations of sales and customers in regard to service repair and installations as defined by local business needs.• Track performance against established measures and frequently review and address performance gaps with vendors.• Establish and continuously improve communications between customers, field operations, home office and other business units as affected. Schedule visits to customers with and without Service personnel to monitor deliverables to the customer and ensure proper job performance by team members. Assist Service and Sales personnel with pre and post-sale activities and customer concerns.• Maximize profits through service revenue generation programs approved for partner service network participation.• Implement and assist in the development of service revenue programs in conjunction with Sales.• Will have direct day-to-day oversight of customer service activities to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the service operations in line with budget considerations.• Lead activities with cross functional departments & service partners in the areas of business development, recruitment activities, and performance, i.e. development plans, skill development, define and gain approval in the procurement of tools to perform work and define training requirements.Your background:As a Partner Relationship Manager (PRM), you have:• Two years or more of partner network service experience in a leadership position• Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple projects and demands, exercise good effective time management and prioritizing skills and meet critical deadlines on tasks, commitments, and reporting.• Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word & PowerPoint to drive communication to internal & external stakeholders.• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.• Strong understanding and ability to learn of Pitney Bowes Mailing hardware Products as well as IS&S major clients.• Ability to motivate and influence third party partners both locally and remotely, measure performance and influence appropriate action to improve KPI performance.We will• Provide the opportunity to grow and develop your career• Offer an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives and ideas• Deliver challenging and unique opportunities to contribute to the success of a transforming organization• Offer comprehensive benefits globally (pbprojectliving.com)Our TeamOur Global SMB (Small and Medium Business) Solutions business provides innovative mailing and shipping solutions that enable small and medium businesses to simplify their sending operations and deliver greater value to their customers.
