You will:Prepare global annual budgets and long-term financial plans with qualitative and quantitative analysisLead global monthly/quarterly forecasting by developing an effective financial modeling process Analyze monthly financial results including comparisons and explanations of actual and budget/forecast variances as requiredFinancial and operational metric reporting per PB corporate requirementsAct as a key liaison with PB corporate FP&A departmentBusiness risk and opportunity identificationAssist in business financial integrations including system upgradesStrong change management leadership skills to foster and drive an environment of continuous improvementSupport business process reengineering, growth initiatives and cost reduction programsCoordinate with Internal/External AuditorsDirectly manage the Regional Finance Managers including: structure/role review, hiring, discipline, annual reviews, mentoring etc.Your background:As Director, Finance you have:5+ years of experience with accounting, budgeting, economic forecasting and financial modeling.Proven ability to create operating models and problem solve through financial analysis.Exceptional communications and interpersonal skillsStrong Excel modeling skills and proficiency3+ years previous direct supervisory management experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance field, or equivalent experience.
