They supply engineering solutions to a range of clients across EMEA and will consider candidates from a similar Engineering background and also Graduates with a relevant Engineering degree.

They provide a wide spectrum of engineering solutions to the aerospace industry including breakdown / machining parts, fabrication, material handling and full project management assistance.

THE ROLE

As part of their on-going success there is now the opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join their team. You will work in conjunction with the sales and internal customer support teams to identify and deliver technical and installation training to customers. Identify training outcomes and requirements and create effective training programs to meet these. Ensure customers receive a positive and high quality experience

Work in conjunction with the sales and internal customer support teams to resolve customer queries regarding product performance and quality. Ensuring efficient and effective resolution to ensure they deliver highest level of customer support whilst minimising the financial and brand impact on the business.

Work with management teams to identify, develop and deliver technical and installation programs that support the development of the capability of the team. This will include new starter training and ongoing capability training particularly when new products and systems are introduced.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the services the company provides and work closely with a team of 6 sales staff providing technical expertise

• Identify opportunities within new and existing business

• Attend client meetings to provide technical support to the sales teams and help to put together client facing sales material

• Involved in and provide technical solutions to the sales cycle, maintaining knowledge of their requirements

• Network and present at industry related events

• Provide detailed and accurate forecasting

• Report into the Director

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a strong manufacturing background within the Aerospace/composites industry and/ or an electrical engineering degree
