Our client is a leading manufacturer in its field. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for 2 experienced Key Account Managers to join the business.


As a Key Account Manager, you will assist in achieving the annual sales targets of the business through pro-actively building/maintaining relations with key clients; by following up sales leads and quotations with existing clients; and by providing the highest levels of customer service. Perform market intelligence activities on behalf of the Sales and Marketing Director; challenging current commercial practices; and continuously improving the customer experience by reporting findings from clients and co-developing strategies to make sustainable service delivery improvements.

Key responsibilities:

Review customer journeys to identify shortcomings and drive continuous improvements, which enhance and simplify customer interactions
Undertake root cause analysis to support prioritisation of customer improvement activity
Utilise customer experience metrics to support and deliver exceptional service
Enhance the digital experience for customer communications, particularly the complaint journey
Analysis of processes and customer experience, including external benchmarking, NPS, customer Satisfaction scores, complaints and compliments
Developing the sales and retention capability of the Brand
Identifying new opportunities to complement the current proposition to be able to see the bigger picture and think long term for the future of the business.
Have experience in engaging with all stakeholders across difference levels of our organisationSkills/Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Key Account Manager
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Able to communicate with all levels of the business in a professional manner
Excellent attention to detail
Good initiative and problem resolution skills
Ability to work under pressure
Good time management and prioritisation skills
Good team contributor
Good standard of education to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent
Good understanding of Microsoft business applications
Experience of SAP
Experience of a manufacturing business environment
