Sheridan Maine is working with a reputable and growing professional company based in Camberley. You will be responsible for managing your own ledger as well as supervising a team of credit controllers, alongside the Credit Manager, to ensure that targets are met.

Key responsibilities in this position will include:

- Chasing outstanding debt

- Dealing with credit notes and write offs

- Managing aged debt

- Investigating and resolving queries

- Weekly aged debt reporting and analysis

- Mentoring of new starters

- Leading by example and motivating the team to hit targets

In order to be successful within this position you will have a good understanding of collection techniques coupled with the technical skills for preparing reports. Some experience of managing staff is preferable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise are key attributes that our client is looking for.
