About the Opportunity

At Studio we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have opportunity for a Digital Design Manager to join our eCommerce department in Church, Accrington.

The Digital Design Manager will lead a team of digital designers to deliver excellence across all digital channels. Managing all the creative execution across our website, email, social media working closely across multiple departments.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the production of collateral across all digital channels

2. Developing creative assets as required for CRO and User experience tests using (Endless gain, Qubit and Commerce systems) in line with planned test and lab days

3. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders

4. Leading and managing a team where there is a culture of high performance and the potential of its people is maximised

5. Creating new UI/UX wireframes for the website and customer experiences

Key Skills and Attributes:

* Advanced knowledge, skills and experience of CSS and HTML front end coding

* Exceptional graphic design and web design skills

* Responsive design knowledge and a mobile-first mentality

* Good understanding of UX/UI best practice

* Ability to balance creativity with logic and attention to detail

* Ability to lead, manage and coach a team of individuals

* Excellent communication skills, being able to collaborate with other departments / teams supporting and impacting their goals

* Professional, calm and solutions focused

* Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and Content delivery network (CDN) to be able to pull dynamic imagery to website

* Experience of working in retail and marketing
