Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their friendly and vibrant team.

Your daily duties will include;
  • Performing and documenting internal departmental and ISO audits
  • Liaising with and reporting to Senior Management to ensure compliance of requirements of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards
  • Helping to create and update Company Policies
  • Completing and reviewing risk assessments
  • Review legislation and update
  • Monitor, measure and report to Senior Management on compliance
  • Monitor and Log all complaint and feedback received
  • Maintain Document Library, including reviewing and updating departmental documentation
  • Maintaining the log and availability of the Company's pool vehicles
  • General ad hoc tasks and emails
  • Completing weekly fire alarm tests
  • Performing and documenting GDPR audits

About You;
  • Previous administration experience is essential and within compliance would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, proven decision making
