Are you the one for Ikano?
We are searching for a delivery focused team player and manager, who is passionate about understanding and influencing customer interactions in a digital bank. You will have experience of managing digital assets, content and channels including websites, email, social and SEM, applying a hands-on approach to analytics across everything you do.
The role will include:
• Delivering optimised digital experiences will mean you can clearly demonstrate expertise in helping customers reach their goals efficiently.
• With your experience and understanding of the marketing mix, you will be a leading voice and subject matter expert within our marketing community. As such, you will easily be able to demonstrate a track record of commercially successful digital marketing activities, working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders and agencies.
• As an effective influencer, you will also be expected to be articulate in production of requirements and investment cases. The successful candidate will bring infectious energy and be driven to deliver as the role is vital for effective digital project delivery.
• You will enjoy problem-solving and be daring enough to introduce new, innovative tools and methods whilst understanding potential risks and impacts. With a positive 'can do' attitude, you will be hands-on and get things done.
Preferably from a financial services (or other highly regulated industry) background, you will also be able to demonstrate knowledge of retail and ecommerce to enable effective support for our client's partners.

For the role of Digital Lead there is a salary on offer of £45,000 per annum depending on your experience, with excellent benefits including:
