Marketing Manager Bury St Edmunds - Up to £30,000 per annum

I am currently working with an exciting business based in Bury St Edmunds who are looking for a Marketing Manager with both COMMS and Digital expertise. The client is looking for a strategic and creative marketing specialist to join and drive their business. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering effective strategies to deliver results.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Deliver external communications for business and its products and services through all channels (PR, content, social media, advertising, key partnerships, industry profile and thought leadership opportunities, email marketing), which includes full content and channel management.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Manage our presence at industry events mainly in Europe and the US, with flexibility for occasional travel to other areas.
- Support the sales function by creating and managing campaigns and content to build awareness and create leads.
- Support the client management team in marketing upselling opportunities to existing clients.
- Produce all marketing collateral within brand (websites, presentations, exhibition materials, brochures, templates such as quotes, videos, adverts, app demos, exhibition materials etc.)
- Ongoing market scoping: trends and competition.

Assist the Head of Marketing in:
- Devising innovative growth strategies.
- Developing and adapting the brand, positioning and messaging to market conditions.
- Shaping and communicating our vision and mission.
- Creating the annual marketing strategy.
- Leading creative development of the brand to resonate with our target audiences.

As the Marketing Manager, you will have the following skillset:
- At least 2 years B2B marketing experience.
- Technology/software product marketing experience preferred.
- Experience working in an international environment a benefit, and willingness to travel from time-to-time.
- Master at project planning and implementing, able to manage lots of different projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Skilled communications professional across all channels with evidence of implementing brand voice and vision to engage target audiences.
- Experience in managing the creative process to deliver a wide range of collateral for all channels.
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers.
- Event management experience.
- B2B social media expertise, with knowledge of lead generation and other optimisation techniques to support sales growth.
- Digital experience in using technology and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms.
- Track record in delivering on KPIs such as lead generation, audience growth and engagement.
- Experienced at creating and managing strict budgets.
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented, organised team player.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, doer and innovator able to identify and create opportunities to grow awareness and sales.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
