A FOOT IN THE DOOR WITH FUTURES

We're on the hunt for a proactive Repairs Planner to join us on a Fixed Term Contract to manage the process of planning and scheduling of resources and materials. You'll be joining Futures at an exciting time of change for the Group offering a wealth of opportunities to our employees.

You'll be a relationship builder, working in partnership with the Repairs Team operatives and Management, Customer Services and the People Team to ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective and progressive repairs service across the group.

You'll use your skills and knowledge to recommend changes to the service implementing modern ways of working by ordering new products/technology and introducing processes to integrate these into the maintenance service.

You'll coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Repairs Team operatives, regularly reviewing resource requirements, approving holiday & absence requests and reacting to absence and personnel related concerns sensitively.

You'll be no stranger to reporting to management on costs of repairs/planned programme budgets in your delivery of an optimum repairs service.

That sounds like me. What can you offer?

We could wax lyrical about the range of amazing benefits we offer as part of Our Futures Rewards. But we think there are four big things which makes Futures a great employer.

We're flexible. We know life is what happens while you're busy making other plans. So we give you the flexibility to strike your work / life balance.

We invest in your success. We love to see our people doing well, so we have a dedicated training and development budget to help you reach your potential.

We're innovators. We've just launched Futures Frontiers, a project to identify and experiment with new technology to help boost our business. You'll love helping make innovation in technology part of our DNA.

We're award-winning. We love to win and we want to be known as a centre of excellence for customer service, transformation, development, innovation and training. You will play a huge part in helping us achieve that.

We may contact candidates or close the advertisement prior to the closing date.
