Technical Service Desk Analyst for a 4 month contract based in Warrington.

This role is to work on a busy Service Desk - must have experience of using automated call-logging software. Must have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs including Outlook. The role will be to log, diagnose and fix as many calls as possible and escalate to 2nd line support where necessary.

The client is looking for an experienced help desk/service desk technician so experienced contractors should apply for this role. Excellent telephone manner is essential as you will be dealing with senior medical staff. Existing NHS experience is preferred but not essential.
