ORDRE is a global fashion tech organisation that launched about 2 years ago and

is already creating a lot of excitement from both retailers and luxury designers

throughout the business of fashion. ORDRE as an organisation is spread across 5

countries around the globe and currently has about 40 staff.

ORDRE is revolutionising the way luxury wholesale works online, using

technology to overcome issues that might typically be a barrier. We are leading

the way with interactive 360 photography to support the purchase flow and are

already experimenting with Virtual Reality amongst a host of other interesting

technology.

The Role

With the current expansion we are looking to recruit a junior project manager to join our multi discipline technology team to meet our delivery demands working within a fast paced environment based in London.

The role will initially be focused on delivering a number of projects within our hardware R&D lab concentrating on our 360 camera technology.

The role will be responsible for delivering multiple projects and change requests across the ORDRE businesses. You'll be responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of governance is applied to both small and medium projects and that these are completed within defined timescales, cost and quality criteria.

You'll be good at stakeholder engagement, communication skills, and the ability to engage with the project and IT stakeholders to ensure the best solution is identified for the project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Scope, plan and deliver technology projects using a structured method and approach to planning, requirements gathering, risk and issue management, change management and resource management.
  • Ensure successful delivery through securing stakeholder buy-in, influencing and persuading resources to commit to delivery and removing barriers to delivery.
  • Assess, control and manage the risks to the project, prepare mitigation and contingency plans and have responsibility for project administration, record keeping and status reporting.
  • Seek and obtain financial and deliverable approvals from the business.
  • Accountable for the timely creation and quality of all associated project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Manage project resources and workload priorities
  • Build close working relationships with key internal users, senior managers and external suppliers.

Essential Experience
  • Project Management experience or exposure
  • Knowledge of the project lifecycle and governance standards
  • Organised, self-starter and comfortable working in a fast, dynamic environment.
  • Abie to bridge the knowledge gap between business and technical SMEs.
  • Experience of communicating with external suppliers and managing engagement dependencies.
  • Able to identify key points/issues requiring immediate address.
  • Able to focus on quality, ensuring deliverables are accurate, qualitative and fit for purpose.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and task coordination skills

Preferred Experience
  • Ideally some experience of delivering a range of small to medium multi discipline digital projects supported by full project documentation which is scoped and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management qualifications ideal but not essential
