Boots IT are currently looking to recruit two Portfolio Test Managers

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining test strategies to ensure the most effective and efficient testing is undertaken.
  • Plan and manage future test demand including forecast into environment build teams to support testing activities.
  • Overall responsibility for the delivery of test phases (functional and non-functional) across the programme. Management and motivation of Test Managers, Test teams of various sizes including offshore resource.
  • Manage test improvements activities, including automation implementation.
  • Ensure best practice and industry-testing standards are delivered to all projects and support activities.
A bit about you
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Adaptable to challenging situations, having a pragmatic and strategic way of thinking to resolve business issues.
  • Proven experience at Programme Test Management level, working in a full software development lifecycle, and across various delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in leading testing utilising Test partner both on and offshore.
  • Depth of Test Automation Knowledge and continuous improvement.
