POSITION TITLE: Ecommerce & Customer Services Team Leader (Full-Time)

LOCATION: Chelsea

JOB PURPORSE

Managing staff in the Ecommerce and Customer service teams, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and despatched in a professional and timely manner. Dealing with all customer enquiries via email, telephone & live chat through the web site.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

* Deliver a first-class Customer Service with a personal touch.

* Managing orders through our dedicated e-commerce platforms, picking, packing and shipping within the expected lead time.

* Make sure all the team are trained in all processes relating to Ecommerce and customer service.

* Build a relationship with customers, striving for exceptional service at all times.

* Respond to customer enquiries relating to their order, stock availability etc.

* Converting requests for information into orders.

* Resolve all issues in a professional and timely manner.

KEY SKILLS:

* Previous customer service and sales experience

* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with an eye for attention to detail.

* The ability to take ownership, use initiative and adapt quickly to ad-hoc requests

* A good understanding of Microsoft packages

* Excellent numeracy skills

* Enthusiastic, quick learner and the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment
