£18,000 Basic Salary (£22,000+ OTE)

Team 4 You are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established, fully FCA compliant client who, due to successful period of growth are looking to invest in Product Advisors to work in their Shrewsbury office.

An assessment day is being held on Tuesday 17th September at my clients offices. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN FULLY COMMIT TO ATTENDING THIS ASSESSMENT AS PLACES ARE LIMITED.

As a Product Advisor, you will form the customer facing side of the new business team. Using the organization's contact centre system, advisors make contact with potential customers and establish their suitability and eligibility for products from the organization's portfolio, they then proceed to arrange products where suitable demands and needs have been identified.

All outbound calls are made to customers already benefiting from my clients product(s) therefore NO COLD CALLING is involved.

Full comprehensive training is given during the induction period, all KPI's/targets are achievable and realistic.

* Attractive working hours(1100-1900 Monday - Friday).

Key Responsibilities

·Make contact with potential customers, evaluate suitability for products and make recommendations based on this evaluation.

·Set up products for customers in line with their demands and needs.

·Utilize the in-house technology platform to follow structured process and/or scripts.

·Act in a compliant manner whilst advising on products, following the guidance given.

·Employ the highest ethical standards, focusing on good customer outcomes.

·Attend regular review and training sessions.

·Meet KPI requirements.

·Execute instructions given by team leader and new business manager.

·Where unsure, to raise queries about appropriate practice with the team leader or, if unavailable, the new business manager.
