The What...

This role will be focused around demonstrating, training & enhancing awareness around our clients flagship devices. Your core responsibilities will be to engage and interact with Contact Centre staff, demonstrating available products and delivering an incredible experience to enhance the customer journey. You will be required to maintain brand, visual and operational standards whilst identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness & sales. The product specialist role involves motivating Contact Centre staff through engaging content & innovative training. You will be required to drive sales and hit targets.

We are looking for confident individuals with big personalities. You should be eager to tackle challenges, be engaging, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn. You will be working in a Contact Centre so understanding this fast-paced environment is crucial. You should have the ability to build relationships as this is essential to success. The working environment will be very busy, so being dynamic, and flexible are essential.

The How...

To ensure success, you will need to maintain an expert understanding of our client's products. You will be initially provided with in depth training to assist in this, followed up with regular sessions to keep you updated. You will then share this knowledge with Contact Centre agents to increase sales and interactions with the products. Through building relationships, you can build brand advocacy in the Contact Centre, ensuring the staff are buying into you, and therefore buying into the brand. Through daily reporting on our innovative mobile app, you will be able to show how successful you are, and all the great things you are doing within the Contact Centre to make us number 1.
