Working with a talented set of UX designers, engineers and testers in our Digital Studio, you'll use lean, modern product management practices to uncover interactions our customers love.

Were looking for three product owners to work across product teams that focus on our sales experience, our help experience and our account management experience.

- Creating, maintaining and sharing the product vision, strategy and roadmap throughout a product lifecycle

- Embedding customers at the heart of product decisions

- Understanding the needs of the business and translating these into customer-centric outcomes

- Working day-to-day with agile teams to deliver product increments through, for example, user story mapping, impact mapping, writing user stories etc.

You'll set a product vision, plan your roadmap and monitor and report on performance. You'll be comfortable using analytics to understand behaviour, and you'll be used to working directly with customers, embedding them at the heart of product decisions. Importantly, you'll use all this insight to drive an experimental approach to product development.

Were looking for people who go above and beyond to improve their product teams outcomes, getting involved throughout the delivery to create even better results. In return well give you an exciting and fast-paced environment in which you're empowered to flourish and become an even better product owner.

Our Team

Our digital studio is well established with a track record of delivering great experiences that put our customers at the heart of everything we do. But were never satisfied with the status quo, and so were on a journey towards a product-led approach to change. As a brand new function, our Product Management team is applying lean and agile practices - experimenting our way to fulfilling needs and providing value. You'll find us story-mapping, canvas-filling, needs-assessing, stakeholder-managing, test-and-learning and having fun whilst we do.

Come and help us shape what product management means at SSE and create experiences that millions of customers will use at the same time.
