Our global reach enables us to search worldwide for the most talented professionals to meet the needs of our many clients. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to jhoin our team in Aberdeen.

You will assist in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and prepares information for the relevant authorities. Reporting to the Management Accountant team you will be responsible for
  • Processing or monitoring the processing of financial transactions.
  • Administering proper coding and managing invoices and documenting all processes and systems.
  • Maintaining files on all account receivables and updating records as required.
  • Managing monthly journals, updating entries and maintaining sub ledgers.
  • Performing research, reconciling all bank accounts and resolves.
  • Prepares bank payments.

You must have be able to read and understand documents and contracts relating to the accounts department. Have a knowledge and understanding of financial accounting. Must have a excellent attention for detail. Daily tasks consist of banking reconciliation and posting to the internal finance system, accounts payable, cash flow forecast, and internal payroll processes. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
