An opportunity to work for a Military Social Welfare charity as an Administrator and Fundraising Assistant (Executive Assistant), based in Camberley.

As the Administrator and Fundraising Assistant (Executive Assistant), joining a team within the South East Regional Office, with your colleague and the Regional Director, you will jointly be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office covering a wide range of support functions.

The role encompasses two main areas of activity:
  • Proving supporting with fundraising activities and working with volunteers; regional and local fundraising activities, volunteer support and regional fundraising events.
  • Providing administrative support such as; database management, invoicing, processing income and helping with accounts.

We are looking for a strong administrator with an outgoing and 'can do' personality who is passionate about supporting a charity in a varied role.

You will have previous experience working in an administrative, fundraising or events capacity.

It is essential you have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from both a military and public background and can establish successful relationships with individuals.

You will have strong IT skills, experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite; Word and Excel. Ideally experience of using a CRM database system for recording, maintaining records.

You will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a regional team.

The role will be based primarily in Camberley but will require some travel throughout the South East. Access to a car and full driving licence is essential.
