Our client, a pioneer in specialised financial services, are looking for an Office Manager to join their growing office.

The Office Manager will oversee and manage the running of the London office; overseeing facilities, maintenance, and service contracts. The role of the Office Manager will also be to ensure equal distribution of tasks among all administrators, and ensure projects run smoothly through adequate budgeting and events planning.

The Office Manager's role requires the following to apply:
  • Broad office administrative experience
  • An understanding of what's involved in running an office; comfortable with the responsibility of overseeing service contracts.
  • Experience with budgets and/or keeping track of costs is desirable
  • Some experience managing staff is preferred
  • Previous experience working in Financial Services is preferred
